Also Zed needs too land his abilities too kill you, you can play around Rivens cooldowns, you can simultaneously harrass as Teemo and freeze the lane, you can stop Kayn healing his hp bar with a bramble vest, you can cleanse Malzahar ult, and if you are camped top lane it means you team is going too get ahead elsewhere on the map.
Alzon2 votesThe Fiora knows this better than you, and will likely squeeze between you and the wall to hit the vital (since walls are rarely perfectly north-south or east-west) or find some way to bait you into moving away from the wall and Q behind you, like stepping away from you when you’re trying to auto her.

Hethalean1 votesI'm not sure if Bramble Vest is that helpful against Kayn low elo. I know it's a good counter, but all of Kayn's healing is based off ability damage which is not going to proc bramble. This is true in low elo since they're less likely to weave in AA's before/inbetween doing abilities.

Most walls don't block vitals directly since they are not in facing the same direction as vital.
Zed's abilities aren't hard to land point blank, and if fed enough he really doesn't need to hit them.
Riven already has low cooldowns and they are nonexistent with shojin.
Who still complains about teemo?
Most adc's or other squishies wont build bramblevest.
You can't actually cleanse malzahar ult, only QSS.
Not always true since other lanes can still lose even if jungler is constantly top, especially if you're jungler doesn't know how to gank and other lanes are just better than yours.
