Xin needs to be forced into build damage not just attack speed

item 3153 item 1419 item 3006 should not give him the damage it does. He builds pure attack speed items and deals a shit ton of damage. He should be forced to build damage items. How does it make sense that his built in damage is so high he can literally build no damage and easily out trade you.
