So don't get your hopes up for Ranked, thanks. Frankly, I am only around because I really like the champions I play and it's a thin thread hanging there since Riot has expressed their intention to rework them into something awful eventually.

no, it's when they feel like it, usually if a member of the staff got their ass kicked by it. At any rate, there's nothing you can do if the champion you want to play is on their hitlist other than enjoying them until their inevitable end.
But the point is Ranked never gets better. Silver players are no different from Masters players, I am wholly under the impression now the game only probably changes in Challenger being a firsthand witness to everything but that elo.

yeah no name shaming here but there was a Masters players of about four seasons I played with a day ago. He went 2/8 and ruined my game for example. If there was really a difference, that kind of garbage should be reserved for Silver. ADCs hovering low Masters also going 0/10?
And no not really, they raped Kog'Maw and Rengar on and off for the lolz and eventually just reverted them when they were bored with them and the generic complaints they received forever. For two examples there you go.
