Musings and Ideas for Miss Fortune rework. Does she need one?
This post is just a musing toward an ideal rework for a champion that i have a Love hate relationship with, that chamnpion being Miss Fortune. you dont actually have to care about my idea for reworked stats, You are fully free to disagree and post your own. This is here for simple open discussion. A conversation with the community about whether you feel she needs one or not, and what kind of abilities she would employ.
if the ability only has one real change i will place it in bold print
Current Passive
Strut: INNATE: Miss Fortune gains 25 movement speed after not taking damage for 5 seconds, which gradually increases to 70 movement speed over 5 seconds.
New Passive
Pirate Hunter: Applies a stacking counter when auto attacking enemies. with each auto attack, miss fortune gains + 5 movement speed for 4 seconds when auto attacking enemies per stack capping at 5. At 5 stacks she deals an extra [AD perceentile] for each auto attack on the same target. when out of combat for 6 seconds the stacks disappear.
Current Q:
Double up: ACTIVE: Miss Fortune fires a shot through an enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing physical damage to the first target and increased physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both.
New Q:
Double Up: ACTIVE: Miss Fortune fires a shot through an enemy to hit an enemy behind them, dealing physical damage to the first target and increased physical damage to the second, applying on-hit effects to both. Hitting an enemy champion champion behind the first target champions with this ability applies 5 stacks of PIRATE HUNTER.
Current W:
Impure Shots: PASSIVE: Miss Fortune's auto attacks deal (6% AD) bonus magic damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 + (Bullet Time's rank) times. ACTIVE: Miss Fortune gains bonus attack speed for 6 seconds and her autoattacks also apply grievous wounds for 2 seconds.
Reworked W: - slight nerf only (compensation for improved passive)
Impure shots: PASSIVE: Miss Fortune's autoattacks deal (4% AD) bonus magic damage, stacking cumulatively up to 5 + (Bullet Time's rank) times. ACTIVE: Miss Fortune gains bonus attack speed for 6 seconds and her autoattacks also apply grievous wounds for 3 seconds.
Current E:
Make it Rain:
ACTIVE: Miss Fortune rains hundreds of bullets down onto target 400-radius area. This area lasts for 3 seconds, slowing and dealing magic damage every quarter of a second to enemies within.
total damage 90 / 145 / 200 / 255 / 310
Reworked E:
**Make it Rain: ** ACTIVE: Miss Fortune rains hundreds of bullets down onto target 600-radius area. This area lasts for 4 seconds, slowing and dealing magic damage every quarter of a second to enemies within. each time an enemy is hit it applies a stack of Pirate Hunter on them, and reduces their armor and magic resist.
If Miss fortune is in the circle she will gain movement speed.
Total Damage is reduced by 30% [x - (30% of x)] 63/ 102/ 140/ 179 /220
Current R:
Bullet Time PASSIVE: The stack limit for Impure Shots is increased.
ACTIVE: Miss Fortune channels for 2 seconds, spraying up to 8 waves of bullets (6 bullets per wave) in a cone in front of her. A wave is fired every 0.25 seconds, dealing physical damage and applying Impure Shots' passive magic damage and stack to all enemies within the area.
Reworked R.
Bullet Time: PASSIVE: If Miss fortune has 5 stacks of Pirate Hunter on an opponent, she will shoot 2 bullets instead of 1. The second shot does not apply the extra damage from Pirate Hunter, and deals half AD. The second bullet cannot proc on hit effects.
ACTIVE: Miss Fortune Sprays 8 waves of bullets for 2 seconds (6 bullets per wave) in a cone in front of her [moving will no longer cancel the ability]. A wave is fired every 0.25 seconds, dealing physical damage and applying Impure Shots' passive magic damage and stack to all enemies within the area.
If you do agree with these changes, please by all means suggest what can be altered about them. Again this is for the sake of Open Discussion. you don't have to agree. I would love to hear your 2 cents.
