Karma tweak

Just a small tweak. I play Karma a lot, and out of all the games it took me to get to level 30 and a handful of ranked games, I played against her 1 times and had someone on my team play as her when I wasn't.

So, I hope I speak for other people who play Karma. When casting Inspire in team fights sometimes I accidentally click a minion while trying to target the ever moving allied champion in in battle. This is really annoying as shielding a minion is not something of any value. I would much rather the spell only be able to target champions and just get rid of the ability to shield a minion, and would help her be more effective at playing a supporting role.
