I think Miss Fortune needs a small rework?

I play MF a lot and I always liked the playstyle of Crit build over lethality builds. Riot even changed her abilities a bit to be scaled for crit but leathality seems to be more superior. I mostly just see Infinity edge but only for its passive. But she seems be niche pick and only used for mostly for her ult. I also heard she has the lowest base ad, which maybe cause her passive and q hurts with lethality. Maybe rework her passive? possible changes to her other abilities to make crit more appealing.
