Does Blood Moon Jhin not have the him turning into black ink in his recall or his ink trail?

I saw in earlier videos his recall had a cool effect of him turning into back ink and had a ink trail when he buys tier 2 boots. I thought it was pretty cool, but recent streams of it being release shows it not being implemented in the skin. Is this true? Cause I really wanted to buy it the skin, wondered why remove it cause it looked amazing on him and fits his theme to me as a demonic artist.

This is the reason I bought the skin lol. Seems silly but otherwise I'd just keep using my high noon Jhin. I haven't played yet to confirm if it is or isn't in the game, but if it's not... that's some shady business, releasing something on the trailer and PBE and without making any sort of note, selling it without those things. I'd like for someone to explain that, tbh.

I own the skin and can't say I've noticed either of these effects in game

Because they were removed pre- release...

The team that worked on this skin intentionally removed it. I asked about this earlier here http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/story-art/jAucImWu-blood-moon-jhin-updated-recall-animation

"Wasn't a necessary component" hmm.... yet ** almost everyone **feel like it was what made the skin even better/tied it up completely, and want those two little things back. Interesting.
