Can't tab, Mouse strangely shakes and left click is constant yellow ping

Was in a game and mouse was strangely shaking or fidgeting a bit. And left click was constant yellow ping. Couldn't alt tab either or open any window over it. I know it's not anything my pc and i have looked over it to be sure as well. Couldn't use abilities but can auto attack.
