Stop kissing up to the opposing team.

I don't understand why players do this. Someone makes a bad play, someone feeds a bit, misses smite, whatever. Teammates then proceeds to flame said individual over both team and all chat. Flaming is terrible either way, but really? All chat? As if the opposing team gives a damn. If anything it lets them know you're falling apart and are less likely to win. Quit trying to seek their approval. It's extremely lame and counter-productive. It just shows you have very little understanding about the concept of "team work" and need to go work on it.

There's also no point in tilting or trying to tilt your own team mates. Makes no sense at all. All any of this does is make it easier for the enemy team to get the W, especially when they see you're no longer working as a team.
