Its not strange. Your attack damage might be 62.4 and system rounded it down to 62. Your bonus might be for some reason +0.2, so its just shown 0. Total is 62.6 so it got rounded up to 63. Basic mathematics, you know, subject in which you were playing flappy bird while teacher was talking.
