Can We Agree Now that Nerfing Flash Was not Effective.

Alright, I don't even remember how way back it was, but back when they started nerfing flash the reasoning was that flash was OP and every freaking champ and their mother took it as a summoner.

From the perspective of some, having a nice mobility spell was pretty nice. Particularly so on champs who lacked mobility. Back then, the CD wasn't so high, and it sent you further.

Nerfing Flash did not result in it being picked less. Still today, flash is picked on every champ.

So, can we buff flash again now that we realize that we can't really nerf this spell to be on even terms with others? No mobility champs could really use the extra mobility. Particularly since champs nowadays get to ignore walls.
