Nocturne Changes?

I don't know what I'd change about him, but I feel like he could use some love. Maybe a minor rework like Alistar's? Or a new passive that gives more depth to his gameplay, like what they did with Amumu. Maybe make his fear channel a liiiiiiiittle shorter? Something. I never see him, and while his kit synergizes well together, I feel like could use something. His pick rate is average, sitting at 2.20% as of now, but I feel like he's sitting just on the edge of being too simple or outdated, and a few small tweaks or buffs to make him relevant and solidify his niche, similar to the recent Garen changes, would be appreciated.

Adding anything to his kit as it is would make him broken. You have to have some drawbacks and limitations if you're able to dash across half the map and burst a squishy as hard as a Rengar.

Besides, he already has a solid niche as the "fuck you poke mages" assassin.

his range on ult lvl 6 is slightly larger then a xerath q (not half the map but mmkay. if he is bursting u like a assassin he is fed af and you would get bursted like that from any champion. lvl 16 ult is still lower range then lvl 6 tf ult.
