An issue with Champion Selection

In lower elo's, especially in normal draft and blind I am seeing a rising trend of people discreetly trolling the people who call fill (me in this case) by purposely waiting until there is only 5-10 seconds to pick leaving me to random select a champion and end up with duo JG. The worst part about this is I end up getting reported because I tilt knowing that even if we win, I just wasted 20-45 minutes playing a champion I have no interest in learning.

The solution : Let the 60 or w.e second timer run as normal but if you as an individual should need more time there should be a 20-30 second time extension just in case there is chaos in the pre game lobby chat.

Riot I am begging you this is like the most annoying thing because you are in a bad mood before the game has even started....
