I think winning lane is the priority but if something happens in the river then probably go help it

maybe even if youre winning lane an you forced the enemy to recall then you can run to mid rly quick if it seems like you can have an impact

warn them you need MP. Don't just randomly leave, wait till your under 30% mp. Ping locations your heading to for chimes and also try to establish vision during that roam. Use E to reduce the maximum amount of distance.

If your gonna go for a gank. Ping R cd or QE cd and provide the Inc ping.

Wait for at least 10 pickable(means not in dangerous position) chimes then roam to get them, also, optimally go with the jungler and not alone so you are a duo gank team.

Also, leave a couple W behind for your adc to pick and even better if you can roam when adc backs. Another good timing to roam/look for a gank is after your own recall, you just run straight to either mid or jungler(if the jungler is looking for an invade) look for the quick pick and after it (or if it doesn't work) straight back to your ADC. You don't want to roam too much before you pick your sightstone, because you want to couple your roams with Red trinket Sweeps and warding so you need the completed item, so early game you need to poke a lot to get a fast quest. Another thing, tell your adc to pick a safe marksman, ideally sivir or ezreal because they will be alone for portions of the game.
