I have a simple, mundane question about Stopwatch
Why not make it a primary rune?

FOR JUSTICE1 voteswould be kinda lackluster if a keystone rune was just "get ONE free stasis". we would also be back at people taking stopwatch and getting some free ass boots.

Instead of being a situational choice for champs that can build off of it and benefit from it. People get it regardless for those grouped fights where it can make or break a skirmish.
