press E, vayne does AA->reset of AA->condemn proc one silver bolt, then the duration of the slow ends and vayne kills malphite
fucks up malz's ulti E and ignite
can't duel vayne unless they trap her in a bush
counters every ADC, but counters less vayne since she can manage to bait AA slow reduction take mercury to reduce the slow to 3 seconds and deals %hp true damage

Your implication was that with 1 item she can't be dueled. That is not true. By other ADC? Yeah there's a bit of truth to that since raw AD steroids are almost nonexistent on ranged carries with the exception of vayne and twitch, hers being far more potent.
Auto attack resets don't circumvent the increased swing delay that attack speed slows impose.
Malphite's E has 90% up time. The slow never really ends.
Yi and jax can easily out duel her mid game.
People sure do complain about her true damage a lot after getting 4 or 5 shot by her. Never mind that it can only proc 1 time in that window, it must be what killed you.

Let's see, Ashe had taken damage from leblanc and had no complete items, Yasuo had 2 dorans blades and zerks with 0 crit vs a completed late game item and was also already damaged. I don't see anything inconsistent with someone being ahead in all of these (frankly very old) clips of someone pubstomping. Despite playing the fights terribly and being a full item behind vayne, Yi still almost beats her both times which means he would have destroyed her if he was on par.
Meepo4u1 votesFaceless void wasn't nerfed because of MoM. He was nerfed because in competitive play he was landing 6 second AoE unbreakable stuns on 3 people and killing two of them. His ult, with Aghs, was also on a 60s cooldown, meaning it was up EVERY SINGLE TEAMFIGHT. They nerfed his ult, not MoM. This is like saying Tinker is OP because of bottle and BoT's.
