The item itself has CDR, AD, MR, Shield Passive and 10 Spell Vamp + 20AD + 10 Lifesteal passsive.
I feel like it should lose the Life Line passive and the CDR.
Anyway what items do you hate or think are op?
Cheap, gives free cdr, armor pen, a slow, removes the need to buy a sweeping lens, and you don't have to sacrifice damage for it.

Definitely Duskblade, they removed DFG for a reason.
Overloaded or overpowered? Overloaded would either have to go to Trinity Force or Blade of the Ruined King.
Overpowered would be a toss up between Duskblade, Maw, or Stormrazor.
besides its base stats: damage reduction, collision removal + 7% movement speed.
still cheap with 2800 gold.
Typically I'd say the newer damage items that have random utillity/defensive stats thrown on top, sort of nullifying the point of tank items at times.
