If I sit through 20 minutes of waiting

And some ass hole que dodges at the last second for the 4th time in a row while im taking a piss cause I have waited through 10 minutes of lobbies being abandoned and think "what the are the odds this happens for a 4th time consecutively" can that at least fucking count towards my leaver penalty total??? I waited the 20 god damn minutes, and another 10 cause of que dodgers, I did my time FFS.
