You should also be able to at least flash her chains

Fiddlesticks just has to press Q on her and she's instantly dead from the unavoidable 2 seconds of solid CC.

All you have to do is survive a rotation as fiddle and she's dead. You DID build HP and/or MR if you're facing a leblanc as fiddle, right?
