Can you make it so that she can't ult minions? Too many times have I seen people try to ult an enemy champion, but they hit minions for some reason. Why would I ever need to ult a minion when I could ult a champion instead?
EDIT: Something that I am seeing is that people like to Ult monsters or pets more, and ulting minions kills them right away. What if we kept the monsters and pets, but removed minions?
Instead of removing the minion targeting how about giving her more benefits for using it on minions?
Instead of dealing the damage (and killing ) right when the ult hits the minion it could push the minion back first and then kill it/deal the damage. This way she would be able to stack her E on a minion and then blast it towards the enemies without it dying.
Functionally it would be similar to Sion's E, only targeted.

It is actually pretty useful in some situations. Especially getting a group of minions off a turret as quickly as possible.
Or if someone is out of your range with 20 hp and your W is down. Fire a minion (that your ult won't QUITE kill) at them and basic it as it flies to kill them with the E passive (similar to Sion getting off his slow.)
Apparently one of the tricks they wanted Trist to be able to do was:
Put bomb on minion pump up bomb with a few autos then ult the minion into the enemy. bomb explodes on enemy.
The problem being, you are wasting ult for some pretty easy to dodge harass combo
Why not just add a shorter CDR when she ults a minion, bit longer for monsters -such as tibbers-, and full when she ults a champion?
Actually, there are plenty of reasons to ult a minion.
How about just buffing tristana so she isnt garbage
Tristana's Ultimate just needs to be edited, right now it's very difficult to use, the main uses being to push back an enemy or to execute them and I think every Tristana player in existence has ended up pushing the enemy back by accident while they escape with 10 Health Points.
They could lower the damage on the ultimate and instead of a knockback, it could be a knockup that maximizes up to three enemy champions. Having hard, reliable CC on a champion like Tristana could be interesting, but I just feel like the knockback is totally random and not even suppose to be apart of her kit, like it's someone else's ultimate on her. A knockup instead would be much better for an ultimate like her's, but also the damage should be lowered so it doesn't turn into a gg ez high damage aoe cc nuke.
As annoying as it is, the ~ button, next to your 1 generally, makes it so that you can only attack champions when it's held down. If it's annoying for you there, you can always set it to another button. It should help.
SOMETIMES YOU WANT TO ULT THAT BUFF/SCUTTLE AWAY OR HAVE COLLATERAL CHAMPION DAMAGE OUT OF DANGEROUS RANGE
