Douglas Funnie1 votesBecause Riot is revamping the entire runes and mastery system into the "Runes Reforged," they have reduced the price for tier 3 runes until preseason 8, which will be released around early-mid November.
Be careful, though. Since they are reduced to 10 IP each, Riot will not refund the runes you have purchased during the price drop.

Muzét1 votesI don't know what is your point really. I was asking OP the point since the rune is gonna be changed anyway. So you won't be able to use it in 2 months. But they explained me they wanted ot have fun experimenting things and I got that.
