MF win rate jumped 3.5% due to Lethality buffs

So in my original post I was mistaken, at that point in the game she already had Duskblade built. But c'mon she certainly wouldn't have been able to do this in her INTENDED standard build. The first Q wasn't even a crit and also applies single target Deathfire Touch. So sure you reduced her Q a while back but added a crit interaction (SHE NOW HAS 2 CRIT INTERACTIONS) so now do I not only get fucked in lane by her minion => crit , but her normal non crit Q as well. The greatest part is that her Q is on a 3.5 second CD.
For anyone who says I misplayed, sure I 100% agree with you. I either get zoned out by bard or zoned out by MF Q or E. Her Q has an effective range of 1150 which is 650 more than my normal AA range and 430 above my W AA range. Therefore it's not difficult to land them in lane especially if you're familiar with the champion. I'm not complaining about getting hit, that's what the ability is intended to do. What I'm complaining about is that she already has a solid early game for how much base AD she lacks but the Q is way too punishing with lethality.
" Shes always been able to do this" is a farce. She's always been able to Q + Q bounce but hasn't always been able to do 400-600 damage at level 7 with 1 item complete.
What hilarious is that the reason why lethality was buffed this patch was to effectively provide Assassins items between MS or bonus damage and "original goals by pushing it further away from bot-laners". MF was doing fine before these buffs at a reasonable play rate/win rate. She's even better now.
QUESTION: if Q hits 2 minions is it single target or double target? Does it apply the single target Deathfire touch or AoE? If she builds Deaths Dance does she heal 15% 2 times or 5%?
edit; for those who downvoted, you don't actually think that MF somehow magically shot up 3.5%+ win rate? like what are you actually thinking
