Elise human Q buff suggestion

What about adding a short fear to her Q, Neurotoxin? Probably just .5 to 1 seconds and doesn't scale up with levels.

With a name like Neurotoxin i feel like it needs to affect the enemy champions mind and i think a short fear would thematically accomplish that. It would also be a buff for elise and would help with comboing into her stun and reinforce her as a pick/combo type champ.

Do you think could work or would it push her back to pick/ban levels?

Well whenever I hear Neurotoxin... I think of a toxin lingering in the body that could finish you off? Maybe have it as a poison that lingers on champs, minions and monsters? Just a slight buff and would help clear camps early i think along with the gromp buff on her :D. I don't think a fear would work into her kit considering it doesn't help since she doesn't bring much into a team-fight with this meta
