when will these champs ACTUALLY take skill to play? like c'mon, literally no one (except wood division losers or hardcore Yi mains) says things like Master Yi takes skill

Honestly, I think that annie is harder to play than someone like Leblanc . On LB you can force trades whenever the hell you want in lane because you'll always win them by nature of picking LB, and if you ever manage to overextend you get a get out of jail free card.... up to 2 times. Annie on the other hand? If she tries to trade against someone who is stronger than her, or if messes the trade up(IE trades in minions) she's chunked and most likely in lethal. This means that she can't mis step AT ALL or she's dead. This, combined with the fact that if you overextend on her at the wrong times you're dead means you have to be much more aware.
