When the mage update comes will there be Mage + Support bottom lane?

I wonder if will be played bottom lane. and maybe Riot will create a witch doctor support that plague and poison the enemies for Cass to spam her E? Support with true damage overtime? We can call it the Toxic bottom lane xD. Blight, Plague, Poison, Bleed would be his primary attribute.
