So if skarner is apparently viable,how bout bard and rek'sai?

Now generally I am lazy and take the default build sets. So maxing Q first was...not very good. as I said was told max W instead. then it was a CC tank kinda like . So do or have something like this? I have looked up builds but they are either A:outdated to where either pink wards are always listed/old masteries (almost always. lolking,mobafire...) B:are in an opinion with specific goals. like full AP carry bard. or C:Don't give a specific build like telling you to get / Now I will say this here. I am trash on bard and hardly know what rek'sai is even for. but spent the IP and used 2 refunds. and my third on when trying to refund . so yeah '-'
