Ok so a few things to note here:
With just an I.E and doran blade 1.7k damage
Hum no, in the only clip where you had only a I.E/Doran's was when you were level 9 and shot a 970 W crit against a level 6 Aatrox with 40 something farm, no armor items and 4 deaths and he still survived on 25-30 health. All other clips show you with either a Serrated Dirk, a full Ghostblade or a Double/Triple Lethality build and several levels ahead. In other words, you are so full of shit, i'm surprised you can even type while swimming your way through it.
Now with that out of the way, i do think the W being a full crit needs to be toned down like Talon Q, Xin W, Yasuo Q, etc where it deals 150% damage or something alons those lines. Also to note...not many champions have critically striking abilities, of those, even less actually build more crit and even fewer go with Crit and Lethality into their build. And those few, only one is an ADC and that's Jhin, which to note can get around the same numbers at 3 items with his 4th ult shot against a 50% HP target. So kinda hard to be "hurr durr, name one other champ i wait", when the mechanic that allows for this type of damage is pretty rare and almost never implemented on the class of champions that actually benefit from it.
That being said, this is a tad overtuned, although if you wanted to make a case, maybe you should try and not skewer the circunstances into a biased POV. If you had shown something like a regular 3 item crit Jinx, or one that's even or behind (i.e not 4 bloody levels ahead), or one that isn't going double Lethality, them maybe you could make a case. Other than this, this is little more than a clickbait video ala Nightblue, Trick2G, etc with some entertaining moments.
