No, it really isn't. How much ms she gets from the shield,

Target ally gains a shield, granting 40/45/50/55/60% Movement Speed for 1.5 seconds and absorbing 70/95/120/145/170 (+0.5) damage for 4 seconds.Mantra Bonus - Defiance: The shield overflows with energy, absorbing an additional 60/140/220/300 (+0.6) damage. Nearby allied champions gain shields that absorb f 2% as much as the initial target's shield. All champions shielded gain f 3% movement speed for 1.5 seconds.

That is just her shield. I spammable skill. at Cooldown rates: 10/9.5/9/8.5/8 At full cd it ends up maxed at 4.8 seconds. 4.8 seconds for a shield. 4.8 seconds. That is absurd. 6 seconds if she doesn't build on it, but even 6 seconds for a shield is crazy. Up to 60% ms speed. That reeks of unhealthy.

If she shields more than twice that fight is very long and is a 1v1 for sure.

Far from it it. She actually needs a rework so maybe they can take some power early game and allow an actual identity in the game other than a backline shield bot.

She's already squishy af. her shields only bring her on par to other champions. Plus her damage is low even considering her empowered Q.

She’s really not that squishy and tank Karma is actually very viable. A few ap items, a few tank items, mix it with her toxic kit and boom, free elo booster
