Just hit D5 with Singed, but if I put the same
effort into any other champion I probably would have hit diamond ages ago.

He is fine aspecially if you have managed to reach Diamond with him. Ofcourse you could have play Annie and press random buttons to do the same but isn't that funnier to do that in a different way?
I can dig it. Make his passive more effective or something.
