Also why is Quinn top and Vayne ADC even though they have very similar, almost the same skills?

Everyone picks him ADC in my games, but I checked champion.gg and it doesn't list ADC as his role.

He can ADC. He's just not a meta ADC pick with how many ADCs are actually broken in this meta. His playrate dropped hard.

He's a top/jungle. You can still pick him as adc if you wanted, but his skirmishing mechanics don't work very well against the sustained damage of duo bot lanes.

Graves could ADC in the right matchups but it would need to be a lower range ADC like Lucian or Vayne.

As for Quinn/Vayne, Quinn's ability to split push and roam through her ult makes her more viable top then Vayne, since she can more easily join the team if needed. Not to mention, Vayne doesn't really have the best wave clear, especially without Statik Shiv, and she'll just get pushed into the tower the entire game. Quinn has pretty solid waveclear with the AOE from her blind.

No ones mentioned this yet, the reason he isn't a good adc is because he can not kill ranged minions without being in rage of enemy. His aa are blocked so he needs to get up close to kill a rspecific minion which results in him getting poked by the adc and support. Similar to Tristana he auto pushes lane by auto attacking which can be a problem due to his range. In a solo lane he has less problems since it's only one person he has to worry about.

This is only an issue early game when he gets some gold in him he can't easily cs without being harassed with his Q.
