When they change black cleaver will they buff talon?
Because he is like the only assassin that uses that item.
And with the tank meta in full swing, Yommus is just not enough

Talon is more of a burst playstyle and probably won't be able to make most of the new passive unless he's already fed.

I almost never see Black cleaver on him anymore. I only see youmu's so idk if this will really be a big hit to talon at all.
Lots of champions benefit tremendously from the Black Cleaver. Garen, Trundle, Udyr, all ADCs, Wukong, Darius, Aatrox, and Vi among many others. It's just rare that you ever see anyone actually build it.
I think these champions can stack the passive fast, and benefit greatly from the phage passive.
Riot doesn't like Talon because his ability to instantaneously, outright kill anyone who has a small health pool far surpasses the likes of Zed, Leblanc, etc.
Albeit, his weaknesses now prove too much for guaranteed hits but the point stands, he can instagib WAY faster.
