Marksmen are not weak by any stretch of the word. Marksmen simply dont have a good feel at the moment because need four items to 'hit their stride' - changing storm razor to 40AD, 25%ASP, 20% crit, and 20% MS for 0.5 seconds on crit would be more than enough to give them their feel back.

But the vayne buffs WILL break her; basically permastealth mobility is crazy.

Absolutely nobody is complaining that ADCs are too weak at all points in the game. The biggest complaint from marksmen is that their time to shine, lategame, doesn't occur. The second biggest is that mage supports are killing them in one rotation long before they can do the same.

Both of these would be solved if Riot nerfed the speed at which other classes scale up to match the nerf they gave marksmen scaling a while back. But they refuse to do that. Probably because of a certain playerbase overseas who would rather sacrifice lategame than their fourth game this two-hour period. There's only so much of this the players will tolerate, but they haven't hit the breaking point yet, as evidenced by the game remaining popular on servers that don't start with C and end in "hina".
