Alright, alright Riot. The Ninja Tabi joke is long overdue, it's time to nerf it

It's time to nerf this disgusting item that reduces my Renekton's only nuke damage by 30% while giving movement speed and armor on top of that.

The joke's long overdue. This item is basically a "fuck you" to any bruiser or a melee adc for no reason at all, while it does little to nothing against real ADCs anyway.

I'm tired of losing my lane as an "early game bully" just because there's an item that exist and costs 1k gold that reduces my MAIN nuke damage by 30% as Renekton. Seriously.

Also I will assume that your nuke damage comes from W and tiamat resets correct?

Have you tried building Lethality?

In all seriousness, though, I will agree that boots, as a whole, need a total ground-up rework. Too many of them are too good in certain edge cases, and there's basically never really a choice on which to use.

or bring back enchancements therefore there is some choice just not furor because furor was why they removed boot enchancements.

That's not really a solution to the problem at hand. The problem with boots is that ADCs always get Berserker's, Mages always get Sorc Shoes, and Tanks/Bruisers always get Tabi/Mercs. They're all mandatory items for their role, and you can't really choose to delay them at all because movement speed is so important.

Well I mean predominantly itemization is by class. How often did you see adcs building ga post season 2 before it got reworked. Theres just not enough types of boots to show real diversity.

Very frequently. In fact, I basically never saw anyone who wasn't an ADC pick up GA. It was a fantastic 6th item.

The problem isn't the number of boots, the problem is the number of roles boots fill. Right now, they're either stat-sticks for your role, or they only grant movement speed and are therefor bad outside of niche circumstances (I like Swiftness on Supports, for instance.)
