Im gonna say something controversial

Delete Ragebladeitem 3124 from the game.

I can say that this item is basically a balancing nightmare at this point in the game with all kinds of new builds and kinds of champions that can do on hit damage/stacking on hit abilities.

I can say more but i believe that the most broken abuser that can come to mind is Kaisa (shes basically perma-banned in higher elo because of the set build. Kinda Ironic because like father like daughter.)because she can get all 3 evolution if you get 2 other items(item 3812 & item 3115) and attack speed boots. The biggest thing that she abuses is her passive stacking can become even faster because of Rageblade's effect to make double hit on it.

Kai'sa is one of my best examples and i could make more but I need to get more details towards some of them.

Jax Kayle Kennen KogMaw MasterYi Shyvana(small off chance she does but i dont know) Tryndamere Udyr Varus XinZhao

I know the item is Niche but its not as healthy for the game in the long term because it limits new champion designs in using new abilities and passives that are On-hit style of play.

but thats just me. I dont know if you guys think the same way as I do with RageBlade.

I wouldn't be opposed to it. The item has caused problems on some champion or class in basically every iteration of it, from the rework with the ADC update in season 6 that resulted in devourer getting removed, to the version before the most recent update, which made on-hit ADCs entirely broken.

I think refining on-hit items to be more specified, such as things like Frozen Mallet (this is the on-hit item to slow people) or Wit's End (this is the on-hit item to shred MR) rather than just Rageblade being the be-all, end-all on-hit item, that makes or breaks the entire playstyle depending on whether it's good or not.

Rageblade is the only thing keeping on-hit builds and champions over the water. It's a carry build, it needs a big item to synergize with other items to give them multiplicative scaling.
