While I think that Vayne is still quite strong, I don't think this nerf is the way to go.

Tbh, they should just removes true dmg to the game. It's a broken mechanic just like dmg based on enemies max health. There are better alternatives and it would be easier to balance the game. As it stands, Silver Bolts cannot be reduced in any way through buying defensive items as it ignores all forms of defensive stat and procs based on enemies max health. I know the removal of true dmg and dmg based on enemies max health will never be removed so the other alternative would be to force Vayne to be the champion she is supposed to be: An adc that deals constant true dmg. Removing crit on vayne while IE would simply give her a 50% dmg increase instead of a 150%. This would force her to prioritize true dmg while if she chose to get crit, it wouldn't allow her to deal ludicrous amounts of dmg.
