Sylas' healing is crazy
Do you realise that thing can Heal you 380 HP +(35% AP) if you're below 40% health?
That thing is even more powerful than
Karma's R+W Vlad's Empowered Q Tryndamere's bloodlust Soraka's R AND W Redemption

And gets absolutely destroyed by one of the mage main items. Healing reduction completely guts him. Plus it has a baseline far longer cooldown than any of the mentioned abilities. He needs it.

It's a lot more than 35% ap, for the record.
And yes, it's a lot of healing, but it's basically all he has.
