So yeah the the damage on dusk got hotfix but im actually confused on why they didnt also add the "duskblade proc doesnt slow with a ranged auto" in the hotfix too, like legit the slow is so disgusting on a ranged champ even though its just .25 secs, yeah i know it gonna go with 7.15 patch but why not just hotfix that too?
DeathBurst1 votesWasn't in the hotfix because hotfix patches are not "real" patches, they can't put any kind of changes inside, only simple numerical stuff, mostly.

DeathBurst1 votesWell, yes it is. Dollars can't suspend time, a real patch is a 2 to 3 hours servers downtime, and you don't want to have downtime for a hotfix. So what're you gonna do?
