So i really get that nocturne isnt really good so they're buffing him and hes isnt really op but man i think the 4 -> 6 sec blind duration on his ult is a bit too much, maybe it just me but maybe putting it down to 5 secs would be better
I love Nocturne so hey, let him have it. If Volibear can have this OP shit idc if Nocturne can be a little fun for a minute.
Nocturne needed a buff, however buffing his R duration was not a good thing imo. Nocturne players don't even realize how strong nearsighted debuff actually is, while playing against one, you definitely understand the power of it. Buff his clear speed, his damage, but not this - this is honestly horrible to face.
I think they should increase his movespeed in Q, maybe make it a flat amount instead of a % so that players who land it are rewarded better but it's not totally useless if you miss, this will help with his "being kited" issue.
I think the buff is good. It’s not like he can spam ult, and getting blinded like that is terrifying, while not being a guaranteed death sentence.
lol, just Flash right after he lands from his ult. Noct has become a worthless champion with the mobility creep in this game, and if you have any shred of trouble against him, then there's something seriously wrong with your own gameplay.
It definitely was a very strong buff that doesn't look as strong on paper. However, I think it is fine that Nocturne got buffed a bit too much this patch because 
is getting nerfed next patch.
