That would make Xerath just great against diving comps and any other assassins trying to burst him down. This champion is already too vulnerable to all ins and i believe this also buff his late game for a bit.
I think Xerath needs to do overall more damage if he lands his skills frequently (like an added quest passive).
His play style is based on bypassing the frontline with AoE + high range and not as an executioner.
His damage is fine hes my biggest main champion, as if more champions need executes. Even supports get executes now.
Except that...Xerath isn’t designed for close combat, it’s supposed to be his weakness.
