Desperately needed fix in game

Stop allowing players in ANY gamemode to select, and lock into champions until EVERYONE has fully loaded into the menu. Theres nothing quite like loading into a queue and seeing your team has decided your role, regardless of pick order, draft selections, or team needs. My last several games 3 people have been locked into champions before ive even gotten into champ selection. So, an easy fix is disable selection of champions until everyone is IN champion selection.

In blind pick u can pick any champ u want. There are no roles.

oh, really? I can play anyone i want? Is that why players literally threaten to feed if i decide i dont want to play support, but its the only role left?

Also, i get to play anyone i want*

*After everyone else has locked in becuase for no reason it takes me 15 extra seconds to reach champ select, likely having already picked the champ i wanted to play. But yeah, 'anyone' i want.
