Everything changes. Playstyles, builds, new metas.

Major concepts won't change but macro and micromechanics are really important. Game knowledge is going to take a great shift in gears. And mechanical champions like Riven or Vayne are in for treats.

I can't wait to see the new runes come into play. Hyped.

It's crazy what the new runes do to top laners. You can make Olaf do damage, tank, lifesteal, and any combination. That's not even considering the synergy with gear. It's insane my dude.

Items and champions didn't change. Assuming all runes are equal for everyone, consider them a non-factor. Nothing will change.
