so currently we are picking 1 by 1 but what if we pick 2 by 2?

instead 10 pick phases there can be 6 pick phases or 2 by 2 picks or 2 players will pick champions at the same time 1 . . 2 3 . . 2 3 . . 4 5 . . 4 5 . . 6
pick time reduced by 40% since the phases are reduced from 10 to 6

I imagine it was changed when we got the new role system so they people couldnt as easily steal roles from each other.
