Buff Teemo Everyone's Favorite Furry Scout

Teemo seems awefully weak this patch, with the reduction in Aeory It cuts his damage by around 200 to 400 in teamfights and lategame.

Then lets face it. the Fur ball is so lean he's losing his well... fur. Need to get some meat on his bones . For this I think adding in a passive similar to rengars would be cool.

Called Scout Badges. For every Unique champion Kill boost Maxium Hp by 5% If Teemo collects all his Badges he earn's a Scouts Honor!

A Scouts Honor ! A Scout is always Prepared, and Teemo is no different, Once Scouts Honor is Activated Teemo Chooses One of his ability depending On how the Match is going and Unlocks Overdrive.

Passive - Overdrive Now u see now you don't - Teemo now instantly stealths upon entering brush, Upon breaking steal is granted double origional bonuses 2 second cd on bonus buff

Q Overdrive - Blind duration doubled, range increased 100

W Overdrive = Doubles active MS and when used grants 2.5 seconds of Immunity to all crowd control.

E Overdrive - Grand pappys Spice, E ap ratio is doubled

R - Mega Shrooms - Shrooms now grow over time to the size of the bush iin river and no longer expire. A fully grown shroom deals 200 more damage and reduces affected enemys magic resist by -25

Took me awhile to come up with a fair and decent rework for Teemo's Kit but I believe this will put him on pair with other champs again finally. Help the little guy take his revenge for all the hate they have of him bc of his weak state. Riot help the guy out, he can't help you made him so weak all the players hate him. Even call him satan because people pick him on their team.
