ShouldGuinsoo's Rageblade be made more of a fighter item rather than a hybrid item?

Hybrid items often have the issue of being ridiculously powerful on champions that can make use of all the stats, or maybe the item gets gutted because of that possibility and then no one gets the item (Basically rageblade in season 4).

I think that Guinsoo's rage blade would be easier to balance, and would have a better build path, if it was made into just a fighter item, and it would promote diversity in the top lane rather than just a tank fest.

I think that the AP should be replaced with another stat (Lifesteal? Base attack speed?) and the cost changed appropriately, as well as improving the build path. I wouldn't mind spending 3k on it if it had a good build path and lifesteal or base attack speed.
