You broke jungle ekko

i get it with the recent nerfs to ekko you want him to stop being a tank and play more like an assassin but when yo changed his passive this time you made jungling him near impossible. most notable is the passive change. ive tried jungling him since the change and i can barley take the blue buff at level 2. his passive damage is what allowed him to clear the jungle at a good pace but now i find my self backing 2 times just to get the 1st clear done
