what is up with Promotionals

seriously .. i understand that its time to try and carry people and it should be a difficult match. but when i look at the match history of my team and see that they all are coming off losses and some even have a sizable loss streak. and they are just diving in like thirsty feeders.. what on earth Riot.. the enemy team has people on win streaks.. could you have atleast given 2 of them instead of the people i got..

i always feel you make it that a person has to carry in their promos.. but come on .. that was stupid.
