If yes, is there still time to reduce his Q damage to 140 or 120 at rank 5 before 5.17?

Playing a champ who is too strong is much worse than playing a weak champion, at least a weak champion isn't banned everygame :(

I think Darius is doing some ridiculous things in team fights atm with his buffed q damage, but thats just what I'm thinking.

Riot might also knee jerk reaction nerf his passive if his winrate keeps rising instead of just toning down what he got in buffs.
