Are there any changes planned for exhaust?

Assassins are being updated but one of the main issues that seems to keeps them out at high/pro play is exhaust. It's not necessarily that the support has exhaust but when the enemy mid laner has it as well it seems like your basically useless against a organized/competent team. I'm not really sure if it is that much of issue but I am interested in hearing from someone at Riot if exhaust does feel like a too strong of a general counter to assassins.

Exhaust will not be nearly as strong of a counter now.

Invisibility for most of the assassins lasts long enough to out-last exhaust now.

Rengar can cleanse it.

Leblanc can easily bait it with little-to-no risk.

Katarina goes in after its too late for them anyway.

Wouldn't you say that nearly instant-killing someone is too strong of a general counter to anyone not building tank?

That's not the point I'm trying to make, obviously if someone with no tanks stats/inheritly squishy should not be surprised if they get bursted by an assassin's combo. What I'm tryin to address is if exhaust in it current state creates a situation where assassins are prevented from being good/viable by default, especially if more than one enemy champion also has exhaust.
