Not that she needs buffs or anything, but as a long-term Jinx main, I always kind of expect her passive to proc when we're contesting a monster and it throws me off. Just kind of feels like it should happen, ya'know?
Jinx's passive rewards her when she kills something that belongs to the ENEMY team.
Either it's a champion, a tower, or a inhibitor.
Epic monsters are NEUTRAL, so there is no reason for her passive to proc on them.
And most of the time junglers will smite them anyways.
I've gotten assists on enemy champs before and jinx passive didn't go off
Its not weird because jinx like chaos and destruction.
Dragon and baron dont have emotions (presumably). They are primal beings.
Jinx doesn't get "excited" by killing them, but she does get excited destroying structures and spreading terror.
