  2. He lacks burst

  3. He lacks range

He might as well be labeled as a fighter instead of a mage since his range is so short. Also he has very bad harass but he just makes up for it with sustain. In teamfights wtf is he gonna do besides ult? He does so little damage because they all build tank, and he can't auto attack because his auto is horrible.

I've only played against him 30+ times and never had a problem with him, yea never played against him at all. He has a fairly bad early game, even as syndra who is a squishy mage when he uses his Q on me it really doesn't do that much and I naturally heal with normal health regen before he can even use it again. This is the only reason why he's normally a top laner, he has the range of ryze - just not the damage.
